Section Env-Sw 312.01 - Purpose and Applicability(a) The rules in this part specify the provisions for obtaining a research and development facility permit.(b) A research and development facility permit shall apply to research and development projects, as defined in Env-Sw 104, except no permit shall be required for research and development facilities identified in Env-Sw 302.03(b)(7).N.H.
