Section Env-Sw 311.04 - Application Filing The applicant shall file an application for a permit-by-notification in accordance with Env-Sw 303, as follows:
(a) All information required by Env-Sw 311.03 shall be compiled into one comprehensive submittal;(b) The applicant shall sign and file the application with the department in accordance with Env-Sw 303.03;(c) The applicant shall concurrently file a copy of the application with the host municipality and host solid waste management district.N.H.
