Section Env-Sw 311.01 - Purpose and Applicability

(a) The rules in this part specify provisions for obtaining a permit-by-notification.

(b) A permit-by-notification shall apply to facilities identified in Env-Sw 407, Env-Sw 507, Env-Sw 607, and Env-Sw 707.
