Section Env-Sw 310.08 - Type II Permit Modification Fee There shall be no fee for filing an application for a type II permit modification as specified in Env-Sw 315.02, except as follows:
(a) If the application involves the review of final design plans and specifications for construction of new landfill area other than the initial landfill phase, the fee shall equal the product of the applicable MBF in Table 310-I and the LI in Table 310-III that corresponds to the life expectancy of the area being constructed; and(b) If the application involves the review of final design plans and specifications for construction of a lined landfill capping system or any portion thereof, the fee shall equal the product of the applicable MBF in Table 310-I and the ratio of the cap area to the total permitted footprint, measured in square feet in plan view.N.H.
