Section Env-Sw 306.02 - Applicability(a) The rules in this part shall apply to actions by the department to revoke, suspend or modify a permit issued pursuant to RSA 149-M and the solid waste rules.(b) As used in this part: (1) "Permit" means any permit, license, registration, or other approval issued by the department under RSA 149-M and the solid waste rules; and(2) "Permittee" means the person to whom the permit was issued.N.H.
