Section Env-Sw 302.06 - Permitting System Criteria

The following factors shall be used in the solid waste rules to determine the applicable permitting requirements:

(a) The type of permit;

(b) Duration of facility operations;

(c) The functional classification of a facility; and

(d) The type of waste handled by the facility.
