Section Env-Sw 2107.01 - Procedure(a) Revocation or suspension of any approval issued pursuant to this chapter shall proceed in accordance with RSA 541-A:30 and the provisions of Env-C 200 that apply to adjudicative proceedings.(b) The department shall revoke an approval if:(1) Good cause as described in Env-Sw 2107.02 exists; and(2) There are no circumstances under which the holder of the approval can correct or eliminate the underlying problem.(c) The department shall suspend an approval if:(1) Good cause as described in Env-Sw 2107.02 exists; and(2) Given time to do so, the holder of the approval can correct or eliminate the underlying problem.N.H.
