Section Env-Sw 2106.07 - Obligation to Update Generic Work Plans(a) The individual or entity who obtains approval of a generic work plan shall ensure that the work plan remains relevant and in compliance with current requirements.(b) If a generic work plan is no longer relevant or does not comply with current requirements, or both, the individual or entity who obtained approval of the plan shall discontinue any work being done under the plan and either: (1) Prior to undertaking any additional work that would be covered by the plan, submit and obtain approval for a plan that meets current requirements and contains all information required by Env-Sw 2106.05; or(2) Notify the department that no future work will be conducted under the work plan and voluntarily surrender the approval.N.H.
