Section Env-Sw 1903.07 - Implementation

A district plan shall include a description of how the plan will be implemented including, but not limited to:

(a) The financial means and organizational structure;

(b) A schedule of implementation including specific milestones for short and long term activities; and

(c) A funding mechanism for implementation.
