Section Env-Sw 1606.03 - Supervision of Processed Applicants(a) Subject to (b), below, processed applicants who work at a solid waste facility, whether for pay or as a volunteer, shall be supervised by a principal operator while working at the facility.(b) Any processed applicant who is a sole proprietor of, or the sole employee for, a facility that operates or will operate under a permit-by-notification may work at the facility without the supervision of a principal operator.N.H.
