Section Env-Sw 1605.07 - Certification Examination(a) The department shall administer a written examination at the end of each basic training session.(b) The written examination shall test the applicant's knowledge of the substance of basic training, including but not limited to:(1) New Hampshire and federal statutes;(3) Identification of solid waste;(4) Procedures and best management practices for managing solid waste;(5) Hazardous waste awareness;(6) Procedures for managing household hazardous waste, used oil, and universal wastes; and(7) Department permitting, inspection, and enforcement procedures.(c) Examinations shall be graded on a pass/fail basis, with the passing score being 70% correct.(d) Individuals shall complete the examination independently of assistance in order to obtain a passing score.N.H.
