Section Env-Sw 1605.04 - Application Fee - Initial Certification(a) With the completed, signed application form, the applicant shall submit the fee of $50 authorized by RSA 149-M:6II, XI, as reprinted in Appendix B.(b) The fee, if paid by check or money order, shall be made payable to "Treasurer, State of New Hampshire".N.H.
