N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Sw 1602.01

Section Env-Sw 1602.01 - Applicability

Subject to Env-Sw 1602.02, this chapter shall apply to any individual who:

(a) Directly operates a solid waste facility;

(b) Directly manages a solid waste facility; or

(c) Directly handles or otherwise manages solid waste at a solid waste facility.
