Section Env-Sw 1508.01 - Purpose(a) The purpose of the rules in this part is to describe the procedures by which the department shall compile, maintain and distribute a list of all certified waste-derived products.(b) The purpose for compiling, maintaining and distributing the list as identified in (a) above shall be to provide current information to the public concerning the identity and status of waste-derived products.N.H.
