Section Env-Sw 1507.02 - Application Completeness Determination(a) Within 60 days after the date an application is filed in accordance with Env-Sw 1506, the department shall determine whether the application is complete.(b) If the applicant submits any information to complete the application between the date of initial filing and the date the application is deemed complete, the 60-day review time shall be measured from the date of latest submittal.N.H.
