Section Env-Sw 1505.07 - Use, Distribution and Markets The applicant shall provide the following information to describe how the waste-derived product will be distributed and used and to identify markets:
(a) Description of all intended uses of the product;(b) Potential hazards to the environment, public health and safety resultant from product use as intended;(c) Description of specific product use and disposal restrictions essential to assuring no increased risk to the environment, public health and safety resultant from use and disposal of the product;(d) A demonstration of the existence or reasonable expectation of the existence of a market for the waste-derived product, based on the following: (1) A comparison of the characteristics and specifications of the waste-derived product or material and the required market characteristics and specifications of the product or material;(2) The benefit that will be achieved by use of the waste-derived product; and(3) Information to document existing use of the same or similar waste-derived product or a contract to purchase the waste-derived product, or both;(e) Estimated market value of the waste-derived product, in dollars; and(f) Description of how the waste-derived product will be distributed for use.N.H.
