Section Env-Sw 1505.01 - Applicability(a) Except as specified by (b) and (c) below, the rules in this part shall apply to any person seeking to have a waste-derived product certified for distribution and use.(b) The rules in this part shall not apply to waste-derived products already certified for distribution and use, as listed by the department pursuant to Env-Sw 1509.(c) For a proprietary waste-derived product, the rules in this part shall apply only to the person having proprietary control of the product.N.H.
