Section Env-Sw 1501.02 - Applicability(a) The rules in this chapter shall apply to persons distributing or using a waste-derived product in New Hampshire, except wood ash as specified by (b) below.(b) The rules in this chapter shall not apply to persons who distribute or use wood ash for agricultural land application in compliance with Env-Sw 1700.
