Section Env-Sw 1405.01 - Modifications(a) An approved financial assurance plan shall not be modified unless the permittee obtains written approval from the department.(b) To obtain written approval to modify an approved financial assurance plan, the permittee shall apply for a permit modification pursuant to Env-Sw 315.(c) Applications to modify an approved financial assurance plan shall include all of the information required by Env-Sw 1404.01.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Sw 1405.01
