Section Env-Sw 1301.02 - Applicability The rules in this chapter shall apply to:
(a) Unlined municipal solid waste landfills, owned by New Hampshire municipalities and closed after July 1, 1984; and(b) Municipal incinerators identified in RSA 149-M:42, IV.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Sw 1301.02
