Section Env-Sw 1202.01 - Universal Requirements All permit-by-notification facilities shall comply with the following:
(a) The universal facility requirements in Env-Sw 1000;(b) The waste specific requirements in Env-Sw 900 as applicable to the type of waste managed by the facility; and(c) The requirements of this chapter.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Sw 1202.01
