Section Env-Sw 1201.01 - Purpose The purpose of the rules in this chapter is to:
(a) Prescribe the requirements and limitations for siting, designing, constructing, operating, and closing a facility under the provisions of a permit-by-notification issued pursuant to Env-Sw 311; and(b) Ensure, through the prescribed requirements and limitations, that permit-by-notification facilities shall be sited, designed, operated, and closed in a manner that does not endanger the public health or adversely affect the environment and which minimizes the potential for accidents that could lead to personal injury or property damage.N.H.
