Section Env-Sw 1106.01 - Commencement of Closure Activities

Prior to commencing closure of a facility, the permittee shall file a notice of intent to close as described by Env-Sw 1106.02 and, for any closure activity involving construction, shall obtain construction approval pursuant to the provisions of Env-Sw 1104.
