N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Sw 1101.01

The purpose of the rules in this chapter is to ensure that the facilities identified in Env-Sw 1101.02(a), are located, designed, operated and closed in a manner that does not endanger public health or adversely affect the environment and which minimizes the potential for accidents that could lead to personal injury or property damage.
