Section Env-Sw 1005.07 - Facility Staffing(a) A facility shall be staffed with persons qualified by reason of training, experience, and performance history to operate the facility in accordance with all applicable requirements of the solid waste rules and the permit.(b) Unless the facility is exempted by Env-Sw 1603.04, each facility shall have at least one principal operator certified, in accordance with Env-Sw 1600, present at the facility during operation.N.H.
