Section Env-Sw 1005.02 - Unauthorized Use Prohibited Unauthorized entry to and unauthorized use of a facility shall be prohibited by:
(a) Restricting access to the facility;(b) Regularly inspecting the waste received and managed at the facility; and(c) Other appropriate measures based on the type, size, location, and life expectancy of the facility and the type, source, and quantity of waste handled by the facility.N.H.
