Section Env-Sw 1005.07 - Facility Staffing(a) A facility shall be staffed with persons qualified by reason of training, experience and performance history to operate the facility in accordance with all applicable requirements of the solid waste rules and the permit.(b) Each facility shall have at least one principal operator certified in accordance with Env-Sw 1600 present at the facility during operation.N.H.
