"Unsuitable waste" means waste for which a processing or treatment facility is not designed and which, if processed or treated by that facility, can adversely effect the quality of the products or materials being produced by the facility or the quality of residual waste generated by the facility to the extent that the residuals cannot be managed as required by Env-Sw 505.
