"Permit-by-notification" means a permit, obtained after supplying notification in accordance with the requirements of Env-Sw 311, authorizing the construction and operation of certain solid waste facilities as prescribed in Env-Sw 407, Env-Sw 507, Env-Sw 607, Env-Sw 707, and Env-Sw 809.
