"Limited public facility" means a type of "public facility" as defined by RSA 149-M:4, XVIII that is permitted to receive only wastes generated by sources that are within the permittee's jurisdiction or within the jurisdiction of other towns, governmental units, agencies, political subdivisions or districts that have entered into a written agreement with the permittee for management of said waste.
