Section Env-Or 801.02 - Applicability Chapter Env-Or 800 shall apply to:
(a) Any person who qualifies as eligible to participate in the brownfields covenant program in accordance with RSA 147-F:4, I;(b) Any environmentally-contaminated property that qualifies as an eligible property in accordance with RSA 147-F:4, II; and(c) Any other person who undertakes the investigation or remediation of a property in accordance with RSA 147-F:11 through RSA 147-F:16.N.H.
