Section Env-Or 703.07 - Certifications The certifications required by Env-Or 703.02(a)(4) shall be as follows:
(a) Certification that applications have been submitted for all required local, state, or federal permits; and(b) Certification that a copy of the complete permit application has been provided to the town/city clerk of each municipality in which the facility is or will be located.N.H.
