Section Env-Or 611.02 - Definitions(a) "Non-hazardous oil-contaminated soil (NOCS)" means soil that: (1) Is contaminated with oil;(2) Is not a hazardous waste as defined in RSA 147-B:2, VII; and(3) Is certified in accordance with Env-Or 611.03.(b) "Non-hazardous contaminated soil (NCS)" means soil that: (1) Contains a regulated contaminant;(2) Is not a hazardous waste as defined in RSA 147-B:2, VII; and(3) Cannot be certified as NOCS pursuant to Env-Or 611.03.N.H.
