Section Env-Or 606.01 - Site Investigation Required(a) The responsible party shall perform a site investigation following a discharge or groundwater quality violation if so requested by the department pursuant to Env-Or 606.02.(b) The site investigation shall: (1) Determine the source, nature, location, and full extent of contamination;(2) Identify receptors and potential receptors; and(3) Identify the need to conduct further investigation or remedial actions.N.H.
