Section Env-Hw 904.19 - Fines Relating to Hazardous Waste Pharmaceuticals(a) If a healthcare facility fails to notify the department that it is operating under Env-Hw 1300 in violation of Env-Hw 1302.02(c)(1), the proposed fine shall be $1,000.(b) If a healthcare facility fails to notify the department that it is withdrawing from operating under Env-Hw 1300 in violation of Env-Hw 1302.02(c)(1), the proposed fine shall be $250.N.H.
