Section Env-Hw 809.06 - Importer Requirements(a) An importer of spent lead-acid batteries that will be reclaimed other than through regeneration shall comply with Env-Hw 400, Env-Hw 502, Env-Hw 504, the applicable requirements of Env-Hw 1200, and 40 CFR 262 Subpart H.(b) In addition to the requirements in (a), above, an importer who stores spent lead-acid batteries before reclaiming them other than through regeneration shall be subject to Env-Hw 809.04(b).N.H.
