Section Env-Hw 808.03 - Transporter Requirements Any person who transports recyclable materials used for precious metal recovery shall comply with:
(a) The notification requirements of Env-Hw 602;(b) The manifest requirements of Env-Hw 604;(c) The delivery requirements of Env-Hw 606;(d) The registration requirements of Env-Hw 609; and(e) For precious metals exported to or imported from other countries for recovery, 40 CFR 262 Subpart H and 40 CFR 265.12.N.H.
