Section Env-Hw 703.01 - General Manifest Requirements(a) Upon receipt of a hazardous waste accompanied by a manifest, the owner, operator or responsible agent of the designated facility shall comply with 40 CFR 264.71(a), (b), and (d) through (k) and 40 CFR 265.71(a), (b), and (d) through (k), as applicable.(b) The export and import requirements of 40 CFR 264.71(a)(3) and (d) and 40 CFR 265.71(a)(3) and (d) shall not apply to a NH-only waste.N.H.
