Section Env-Hw 702.04 - EPA Identification Number(a) An operator of a facility or transfer facility shall not generate, receive, transfer, treat, store, or dispose of hazardous waste without having received an EPA identification number. If a notification from a facility or transfer facility is deemed complete, the department shall assign an EPA identification number to the facility or transfer facility.(b) A separate number shall be obtained for each site location.N.H.
