Section Env-Hw 603.03 - Security(a) A transporter shall secure all loads of hazardous waste when left unattended so as to minimize access by unauthorized individuals.(b) Vehicles on which the cargo carrying portion can be closed and locked shall be closed and locked whenever the vehicle is left unattended.N.H.
