Section Env-Hw 514.07 - Interest on Unpaid Fees(a) As specified in RSA 147-A:5, IV(c), if the self-certification fee is not paid within 60 days of the due date, interest shall be assessed.(b) The interest rate shall be the rate established by RSA 336:1, II.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Hw 514.07
