Section Env-Hw 506.02 - Soil or Groundwater Contamination; Disposal of Hazardous Waste and Contaminated Materials Due to Closure or Cessation of Operations(a) If soil or groundwater contamination is detected at a generator's site, the generator shall comply with Env-Hw 702.13.(b) When disposing of hazardous waste or disposing of or decontaminating equipment, structures, soils, or any combination thereof, due to the closure or cessation of operation of its generating facility, a generator shall be exempt from all requirements in Subparts G and H of 40 CFR Part 265 except for: (1) The closure performance standard set forth in 40 CFR 265.111; and(2) The requirements of 40 CFR 265.114.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Hw 506.02
