Section Env-Hw 501.03 - Definitions For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
(a) "Central accumulation area" means any on-site hazardous waste accumulation area with hazardous waste accumulating in units subject to the requirements of Env-Hw 507, Env-Hw 508.02, Env-Hw 508.03 or Env-Hw 509.02, or any combination thereof;(b) "Control" for purposes of SQG self-transport requirements, means the power to direct the policies of the generator, whether by the ownership of stock, voting rights, or otherwise, except that contractors who operate generator facilities on behalf of a different person shall not be deemed to control such generators;(c) "Recognized trader" means "recognized trader" as defined in 40 CFR 260.10, as reprinted in Appendix D; and(d) "Satellite accumulation area" means any on-site hazardous waste accumulation area with hazardous waste accumulating in containers subject to the requirements of Env-Hw 507 and Env-Hw 509.03.N.H.
