Section Env-Hw 402.02 - Hazardous Waste Numbers(a) Every applicable EPA and NH hazardous waste number assigned to each hazardous waste listed in this part, shown preceding the name of the waste in Table 4.1 through Table 4.9, shall be used in complying with the notification, labeling, manifest, and recordkeeping and reporting requirements of the hazardous waste rules, unless otherwise specified in Env-Hw 807.(b) The hazardous waste numbers assigned by EPA and New Hampshire for listed hazardous wastes shall be as set forth in Env-Hw 402.04, Env-Hw 402.05, Env-Hw 402.06, and Env-Hw 402.07.N.H.
