Section Env-Hw 304.29 - Appeals(a) The permittee may appeal to the waste management council in accordance with RSA 147-A:15 within 30 days of the issuance of a final decision of the department to: (1) Grant or deny a permit application, in whole or in part;(2) Grant or deny the permittee's request for permit modification;(3) Modify or revoke and reissue a permit;(4) Terminate a permit or refuse to renew a permit; or(b) Any other person aggrieved by a final permitting decision of the department may appeal in accordance with (a), above, if that person has standing as determined pursuant to Env-WMC 200.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Hw 304.29
