Section Env-Hw 304.13 - Pre-Submittal Conference

Upon the applicant's request, the department shall afford the applicant an opportunity to meet with the department before submitting an application in order to review the department's permit application requirements, including, if applicable, the siting requirements of Env-Hw 304.09.
