Section Env-Hw 1115.04 - Labeling or Marking of Aerosol Cans

A universal waste handler of aerosol cans shall clearly label or mark each universal waste aerosol can or container holding universal waste aerosol cans with at least one of the following:

(a) "Universal Waste - Aerosol Can(s)";

(b) "Waste Aerosol Can(s)"; or

(c) "Used Aerosol Can(s)."
