Section Env-Hw 1110.04 - Requirements for Management of Universal Waste Pesticides A universal waste handler shall contain universal waste pesticides in one or more of the following:
(a) A container that complies with Env-Hw 1102.03(c); (b) A container that does not comply with Env-Hw 1102.03(c), provided that the non-compliant container is overpacked in a container that complies with Env-Hw 1102.03(c);(c) A tank that complies with 40 CFR 265 Subpart J, except for 40 CFR 265.197(c) and 40 CFR 265.200; or(d) A transport vehicle or vessel that complies with Env-Hw 1102.03(c).N.H.
