Section Env-Hw 1102.02 - Prohibitions(a) A universal waste handler shall not: (1) Dispose of universal waste; or(2) Dilute or treat universal waste, except by:a. Responding to releases as set forth in Env-Hw 1102.06; orb. Managing specific wastes as provided in Env-Hw 1109.03, Env-Hw 1111.03, Env-Hw 1113.03, and Env-Hw 1114.03.(b) For the purposes of (a)(2), above, intentionally crushing or dismantling lamps shall constitute treatment that cannot legally be undertaken without obtaining a permit in accordance with Env-Hw 300.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Hw 1102.02
