Section Env-Hw 104.73 - Universal waste handler"Universal waste handler" means:
(a) A generator of universal waste; or(b) The owner or operator of a facility, including all contiguous property, who: (1) Receives universal waste from other universal waste handlers;(2) Accumulates universal waste; or(3) Sends universal waste to another universal waste handler, a destination facility, or a foreign destination.N.H.
